Fulfillment
Physical products are made and shipped by Printful after Stripe confirms payment. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Rates and estimates
The shipping charge and estimated delivery window shown during ordering are estimates for the selected product, quantity, destination, and service. Carrier delays can occur after shipment.
Tracking
When tracking is supplied by the carrier, it is emailed and displayed with the buyer’s order. Some low-cost services may provide limited or no tracking.
Address responsibility
Review the delivery address before payment. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
