Digital photo licenses
Because access is delivered after payment, digital licenses are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or when the licensed file is materially defective or unavailable.
Physical products
Customized products are made to order. Contact us promptly about defects, damage, incorrect items, or packages lost in transit. Include the order number and clear photos when applicable.
Cancellations
A physical order may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once production starts, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible.

Use the contact page and include your order number. We review requests individually and will explain the available replacement, refund, or other remedy.
