Photographer Seller Agreement

Eligibility
A photographer must submit a truthful profile, at least one original photo, receive administrator approval, and complete Stripe identity and payout onboarding before offering sellable work or receiving earnings.
Rights and responsibilities
You confirm that you own or control every uploaded work and have any necessary releases. You authorize Natural Exposure to display, market, license, and transmit files as needed to complete customer orders.
Earnings
The commission rate saved with each completed sale controls that sale. Eligible earnings are transferred only to an active Stripe connected account and may be delayed or reversed for refunds, disputes, fraud, or legal requirements.
Content removal
Natural Exposure may reject or remove content for quality, rights, safety, policy, or legal reasons. Removing a work does not cancel licenses already granted to buyers.
